Personally I'd don't think he was at all 'up himself' - he's clearly very intelligent and articulate and knows thoroughly every minute element of the vehicle.. If you want up yourself, condescension and BS just try James Dyson: both him and the adverts for his products really get my goat with 'digital' electric motors (aren't they all?) and 'air-watts' of suction (yes they exist but this just blinding us with science we have to Google to understand).

Turning to Murray's car for a moment - what a work of art and what a privilege for any individual to conceive and create something driven (no pun intended) by what he sees as the perfect driving machine. Eliminating all the things he doesn't like and sticking to his base principles of lightness, engineering purity comfort and even convenience (luggage space) must have been a very personal journey. I also liked the way he gave credit to his team and those supplying the engine and gearbox.

It's Tuesday today so that mean Euro millions and that means wads of cash and that mean I can get one of the third that's not sold - now, where do I sign? love
