The cotter pin on my stub axle is 1.25” long by 1/8” thick. I believe that’s 31.75 mm by 3.175 mm. They measure from the base of the eyelet to the end of the shorter leg.
Mine is a 1966 Plus 4, but I’m guessing they’re probably the same. Maybe others know if that’s true.
