Yup you could have had that one for considerably less a few weeks ago.
However, everyone is entitled to make a profit (ESP as a business)
if they are selling at the right price, and personally I don't think that's very far out for an immaculate, dealer, good condition car (assuming it's as good as it looks and was described to me).
On the plus side, as you know what they paid, your in a good position to haggle also?
