Streets of that name were so called from having been the sites on which butchers killed and dressed animals for consumption.
Anyone not in agreement that the Government is a Shambles please explain!
My problem here is that, whilst I agree with the sentiment, I do wonder if the public sector bodies that government relies on would be just as disfunctional regardless of the government. Or, can it be attributed to 20+ years of poor political leadership?
