You need to host your photos on a photo site, such as
www.tm-img.com (started by a forum member for hosting photos), then provide a link to the photo in your thread.
Instructions for use are on the tm-img web site.here:

The photo size limit was introduced a couple of years ago when trying to resolve a slow loading issue.
