Just a couple of other observations for you:

The chip by itself won't make a heap of diffidence without some other mods.

Firstly , so you have a 4 branch exhaust on each side?

Secondly , do you have a better air filter than the standard "canister" type?

If neither of these is present then I would do them first before the chip change.

You should see a gain of about 20 to 25 bhp and a much better torque curve once these have been completed and the the chip installed. Mine went from 161 to 182
