Thank you for the clairifiaction Spanner Juggler, that is what I had done but was beginning to think maybe I was following an out dated proceedure!
I am going to remove the wheel today and look at it again.
I think, where it is set now is just a tiny bit tight. With the wheel on it spins nicely, but without the wheel the brake disc has a little bit of drag on it.
