Howard, thanks for the link, I was not aware of that useful consumer test. Now, with those pictures in mind, I choose the benny hat today instead of the flat cap for a tour. The benny hat has no speed limit on both. On country roads that is, for the Autobahn better wear a helmet or your natural fur, and secure your glasses.

I have found the ultimate is a flying helmet. After all you're not going to be travelling much faster than in the cockpit of an open plane. Totally secure, built in wind noise reduction and you're ears warm. Integrates well with a flying jacket of course
