As much as I still don't like Lewis as a person, he is without any doubt the very best driver of this age. A great drive and a well deserved 7th championship, he must surely go for 8 next year.

As to how likeable he is, the single mindedness required to really succeed at the top of elite sport can often make someone seem less than likeable; just think about Andy Murray compared to Tim Henman. It's that killer instinct, the drive to win.
