Having been through this, I had to really think about how this happened. I can only surmise that it is when the engine is starting up. It's going from zero ft/lbs torque to almost 100 ft/lbs in an instant. I started my engine one day while outside of the car as I was doing some work on it and witnessed the engine, like Elvis, trying to leave the building. Once it's running there is very little strain. That startup is a doozy!
