Keith as far as I can see the Tribar headlamps you refer to don't come with a light source although apologise if I have this wrong. You fit either a halogen or LED bulb. Not sure of legality of latter as a unit though.

They are Euro and UK approved and supplied with either halogen or LED according to the site.
