This website shows the LED status per country. For NL the morgan Roadster is in the clear for led drop in replacement. I guess another benefit for those residing in EU. The point is that the approved LED, have dimensions of the light source comparible to the filament in a bulp. Hence they perform similarly- except for intenity. I am very happy with the LED H4 replacement I intalled on my Roadster, it is a lot safer.
