Mmmmm springbok. Tried it when in Capetown years ago. It was one of the meats on an “African kebab”. Warthog was on it too. The crocodile was a bit tough!

It’s a shame sospan jnr doesn’t do mail order for his pizzas in Cardiff. We have his recipes though. He did a Christmas pjzza a couple of years ago, sprouts included!
Yes I was a bit disappointed in their stock levels, I think they trade a lot with South Africa which I guess is pretty much at a standstill right now.
I was looking forward to ordering something a bit exotic too, next time.
