That's a lot of flying inline fuse holders you have there Tim. I'm guessing you will be labelling them for easier fault finding in the future.
Not suggesting it specfically applies to your Autosparks loom but when identifying leads on my LR one I found more than once a single lead had been woven into the main harness with a hidden loop back to exit at same point. This found when continuity testing with a multimeter. Some cable splits were similarly hidden.
