Hi Sukram, It is many years since I have worked on a car, and i am a newbie with the Morgan, however, i understand that the writers are saying that the cable from the clutch pedal to the clutch assembly at the engine/gearbox end is tight such that the slightest touch of the clutch pedal begins to release the clutch.
