From around 2012 (sorry, I cannot remember exactly when but may have been when the MX5 gearbox was first used), the 4/4 was available as a bespoke build as well as a Sport. Our 2014 4/4 has a proper spare wheel and an easy-up hood. Allon-White have a black example for sale at present.
