I had them as a customer at the last place and you can be confident that their IT is well managed and secure. Nothing is perfect but they had a solid approach.

That is reassuring to hear, we have been with them for about twenty years now and they always seem to do things properly and in a straightforward manner which is comforting for us with all the current crop of fly by nights of recent times.

That's who we use. Our advisor retired recently and handed us over to another advisor (with plenty of notice) - the process was seamless and painless which was comforting. I have been impressed with the way things have worked over the last year and even more impressed to get a call in October to say that the market trends were such they recommended some fund changes - all done with a Zoom call and by email and costs covered in our plan. We are already seeing the positive results of these changes.
