What I deduce from the mod is that MMC consider the cracking of the upper brackets to be related to deflection of the poorly supported rear of the tank. If this is the case then personally I’d have welded in vertical stiffener along the length of the new bracket, although ideally I would like to put in a bolt-in tubular extension to the frame to support the wooden base. I’ll monitor the side brackets to see if the cracks develop.
