As a potential Morgan owner I have been actively searching the internet and posting question on here.
I am thinking about a Sigma engined 4/4.
I have seen a few interesting cars from the 2008 to 2011 era. What I have realised is that this is pre-MX5 gearbox and uses the MT75 instead.
Reading around this I have been given a negative impression of this 'box : poorly chosen ratios, difficulty with shifting, etc..
Am I only seeing comments from people who have had problems or should I just hold out for the right car with a Mazda 'box?
Having had an MX5 in the past I do know they are not completely perfect. I do recall 3rd to 2nd could be a bit recalcitrant until well warmed up.
