Re the timing belt I found this quota some years back:
„On the 1.4/1.6 Duratec (including the TI-VCT) Petrol engine the timing belt interval was changed by Ford from 100.000 Miles/10 Years to 100.000 Miles/8 Years. The reason for this is that between 8 and 10 years many timing belts failed which resulted in major engine damage.“

The auxiliary belt I would just (let) check by view if it is good any longer.
I change the brake fluid every second year, no clutch fluid so far changed, working still fine.
Engine oil all 12 months is what I do.
Others may know better regarding the diff oil and gearbox oil changes, I did it once three years ago, after four years of age of the car, but I think it is ok now for a longer period of time.

I would check all the nuts and bolts on the underbody, including the leaf springs, etc., once a year. Spray the leaf springs with chain oil from time to time. Check the front brake pads once a year. They last a long time in the rear.
