However, even these are now outlawed on post '86 vehicles, which is a shame, as they are correctly patterned and improve safety at night hugely. Will be interesting to see how those with the replacement units get on at next MoT time. DVSA Link for MoT ChangesWipac Replacement UnitsWhy would the wipac units fail? the DVSA link talks about headlamps fitted with replacement LED bulbs, I cant see anything about failing a complete replacement headlamp.
