Simon - While the Fiat Argenta (which IIRC was the source of the Fiat 2 litre engine for the +4) and Alfa Spider may have had different engines, post 1982 Spiders and the Fiat Argenta both used Bosch L Jetronic injection, hence my suggestion. Autodoc+ lists the same part number (458F0004) for both the Fiat and the Alfa. However I should point out that I am merely an enthuisiast, not an expert!
