The mk1 Morgan M3W rack fitted the tall hoops as it was bolted. The mk2 rack requires a bracket that does not fit the tall hoops. In Morgan's wisdom they use the same part number for both types of rack (duh!). I went with a MorganPark.de rack in the end...
