Hi all, just a quick question.
I have a 1970 4/4 1600 four seater, and am currently reconditioning the braking system.
I would like to reduce the pressure required on the pedal ( getting a bit long in the tooth now, only use the car for touring, and want to make it lighter to drive).
I'm looking at a remote servo and the choice is a 1.65:1 or a 1.9:1.
As I understand it, the 1.6 was fitted to early +8's as well as MGB's, and the 1.9 was fitted to Minis, Sprites, Spitfires etc.
Always found the brakes to be adequate, just want to reduce the pedal effort.
Any thoughts would be welcome.
Thanks in advance.
Geoff
