I would ring Phil Benfield at Allon White Sports Cars and ask as he regularly sells cars on commission so could answer your question. It’s also worth clarifying ‘other’ charges like putting cars through the workshop, MOT’s and who pays for what and what prior authorisation is required for work that a potential purchaser wants!
