Diagonal tie rod? I'll have a look.
I suggest you check if you have any play due to kingpin bushes wearing out. With steering wheel line front wheels straight ahead, grab tyre from top and shake in and out. Notice if there is any sideway play.
If yes it could also be the culprit.
