Cheers John, that's a very useful guidance from Lorne, at go mog and I am extremely grateful to you for directing me there. I am surprised that the manual isn't more explicit about the suspension e.g. what type, when and how to etc even though it does indicate a max of 1000 mile I would have expected it in bold text and more prominent as this is an important, intermittent bit of service. Anyway I'm a lot better informed now. I have had it greased twice since I've had it (3 month 1500 ml covered) but the roads around saddleworth are in crap condition and my little mog will alway need regular greasing, so thanks again mate
