At under 550kg it is a motorcycle for road use and can be ridden on a motorcycle licence, at under 1000kg the type approval is the same as for a motorcycle.

The 410kg limit means it must be MOT'd as a Class 4 (i.e a car). As long as you don't try and drive over the inspection pit surely that's not much of a problem?
