I have just accessed my account and dowloaded the tickets, however it was not easy to do as the website seemed to have a few glitches... so persevere!
On another note I have attempted to get my van onto my tent pitch instead of my tent. It says on the website that you can park a car and a tent on the 8x8 meter pitches. But I am being told I can't do this as its too late to change it so close to the event
Not happy as its not possible to call. anyone and the chat bot does not offer ay options that are relevant to my query
