Still no tickets. I have the club entry/parking pass though.
I tried phoning and got the automated message instructing access via my Silverstone account. Logged in but nothing there. I carried my tickets over from the 2020 event but nothing is showing in my account.
I have sent another email but am unimpressed with the time delay. They say “ within 7 days” but the last one took longer.
A distinctly unimpressive set-up.
I have all the emails from last year as back-up for the carry over to this year though.
Their communication ( lack of) methods are ridiculous. Only one tel number with an auto reply telling me to go to my account but nothing showing. The timescale is extremely tight. A clear lack of professionalism.
