I've got the 569 cams, G56 exhausts and the Emerald ECU. The map that came with the ECU was dreadfully rich but after installing wideband lambda sensors to give a live read out of the mixture and some judicious re-mapping I've got a very lively, smooth running motor with similar fuel consumption to standard. Ideally I want to get on a rolling road with the maps for the left and right cylinders separated as there is a somewhat complex imbalance between the cylinders but for the moment I have what appears to be a safe map with good performance and not so rich that bore washing is an issue. Saying that, the bore washing that went on till I realised that I really had to do something about it seems to have sorted out the blow by that was spitting loads of oil mist out into the catch tank so silver linings and all that...
I am still looking for a rolling road within reasonable range of home that will work with the M3W, no luck so far.
