But a 3.7V6 in a Plus 4 body would also make a great car. But I'm still fancying an Elise, and the VW dealer has a new Golf Cabriolet in the showroom - black with red leather and it just looks fantastic.

Having recently driven 4/4, +4 and Roadster all on the same day I didn't take long to come to the conclusion that 6 cylinders ticked the most boxes and the wider track was never an issue
