You have been busy! It must take the better part of a day to just get that out and back in, not to mention the remachining time. Kudos!
I've got the swing arm out and back in round trip down to a bit over four hours if you don't count the time to make, measure and fit new things. The trouble is the number of times I have now done the seats out, bulkhead out, adjust the bearings and put it back together to see if anything has changed.
