Just got a reply from MMC......
They want £400 (yes, you read it correctly) to print out an A4 sheet of paper and post it to me.
I have got CoCs from other manufacturers in the past which range from zero to £150. This takes daylight robbery to a new level and rather "sours the milk" so to say.
Ouch. £400 is extracting the urine.
