I wear one for all longer and motorway journeys. I’m very happy with the Shoei J-Cruise II helmet I use. It has a flippable full face visor and also an internal sun visor that you can slide up or down using a button on the side of the helmet. Sena make an intercom especially for this helmet, that is fully built in, and it’s excellent.
