We agree. The subject company (through a fellow by the name of Jason Stroch) reports the front width to be 66.25 inches. It is said that that a non-expert can detect a difference of as little as .25 inch..though will not know exactly what is "off".

Of course, wide-bodies and Roadsters (the one with the optional wheels) are listed as wider at 67.25 and the Aero Plus 8 is MUCH wider at 69 inches. How do you feel about them? But this one and the Aero Plus 8 both have different chassis/frames with altered Morgan panels installed[/i] That being said the newest Morgans very cunningly designs attention away from their width by sloping the wing ends inward.

Mr. Charles Morgan liked wide cars. For example, you and I have pretty much the same chassis. My overall wheel/tyre diameter is the same as well. Yet I had them make my front end width 60" just despite the bigger engine. The trad front width, under Mr. C. Morgan became his personal aesthetic, not one born of need. At the rear, width is also a function of axle width. I am told that he did not ask BTR to shorten the LSD axle when that supplier stopped making Salisburys.
