Classic car owners are not visible to the Government's policy advisors so this laudable petition has even less change than a snowball in hell.
Further, there is no plausible mechanism that would make this possible.
Remember, classic car owners already get road tax and MOT exemption.
At the moment we get road tax and MOT exemption, but there are moves afoot to scrap this.
