It's a new car with 2200 miles - why would you have to pay anything to have the damaged rollers changed ?

If the rollers are already damaged I'd want the warranty on them to be reset.

Even the "upgrades" (which in reality are poor responses to fundamental engineering flaws) haven't been well thought out or executed.

Sad that it takes a man in a shed to sort out problems that should never have existed in the first place.
