Only conjecture of course, but maybe long-term disqualified ? Whatever it was, that original purchaser would undoubtedly have suffered a major hit to his/her wallet.
And when it appears through the dealer network, can it still legitimately be described as "brand new, unregistered" or will it have to be described as pre-owned ?



Im pretty sure it still can be still legitimately called new and unregistered if it just has a few delivery/road testing miles on the clock
