About ten years ago there was something built locally by an eccentric fellow that looked remarkably similar , the prop even rotated slowly with forward speed, I just about fell off my push bike when it came towards us at speed during our very early morning bunch ride, he may have been out that early too because it wasnt strictly road legal !
