Are those things OK, I haven't seen one in the flesh ?
Always worth having an alternative.
So far so good - just a black knob that you unscrew to disconnect the battery.
Having the battery under the bonnet makes it fairly pointless using any form of battery disconnect for security. I have a secret switch for the fuel pump for an extra security measure.
My cars have always been in the back, just like the Mrs's Polo is strange I thought, weight distribution VAG says I'm not sure my 95Kgs does much for that but true she hasn't left the ground in it with me passengering - yet..
That sounds pretty handy I might get one of those as a belt and braces as mine has a bypass for the radio memory.
