Thanks for the suggestion, I had saggy doors on most of my TVRs and I'm no stranger to replacing/shimming hinges ! (although fibreglass was easier to work with).
However no amount of shimming/spacing will alter the "wrong" shape/position of that darned piece of hood flap material. I can feel an uncontrollable urge coming on, to go on the rampage with my craft knife to restyle the end of the flap to the shape on the 2020 car in the Williams video (full video at
