Interesting (if somewhat heated) discussion on the plus-8 DNA. If it is called a trad and it looks like a trad, it must be a trad. But I'd guess driving it feels more like driving an Aero than a Roadster or an Rover engined V8. Going back to Frank's original question, if there was only one
demonstrator available (for a test drive I presume?) I would defenitely hope it was a new plus8 because I have never driven an Aero
Would I buy it? Nothing wrong with the concept and the engine IMO, but not 100% sure about the looks yet (wheels more than width) and the price overhere, with guzzler tax added, will be Stratospheric. At the moment my money would go to the 3.7 Roadster. (is it being built yet?) Cheers J
