Yup.
I don't know whether they've worked out the spring rates for the +4 yet, or whether they are just using up pre-rising rate spring stock.
But, that is the important bit - making sure that the rebound spring is not under compression at static ride height - i.e. only one spring (main or rebound) is 'working' at any one time.

Interesting comments Eddie, if they go away from the sliding stub axle I wonder how many trad owners will not buy new...
