Hmmmm, that's an interesting thought. I have only heard the fan in one operating mode (or off). I wonder if it is two-speed and the high speed is not working. I'd like the car to run cooler while the ignition is on, and probably need to fit a bypass to keep moving air and cooling even after the ignition is off.
