Thanks Jon! I am still digging here... got a few enquiries running now for custom VDO gauges that match the factory ones as much as possible. If only I knew someone at MMC who could get me more detail on their gauge supplier for Plus 4 GDIs...
Anyone know anybody? I am sure there would be a significant demand (me looking for Voltmeter and Oil Pressure gauge).
I am getting closer though. Found the VDO SingeViu 52mm gauges (
oil pressure gauge,
Voltmeter gauge both with CAN bus and analog electrical connection!) which seem to be the factory ones, and just need a few changes to individualise the looks.
I also found the exact matching
chrome bezels - and by the way: those of you who would like to change their bezels to black or gold (both 100mm and 52mm),
check out that website!
So all I need now is to find somebody who will "paint" the gauge elements that would then match the factory ones...
