Have a word with your local Raptor Club - a few visits from a Harris Hawk or the like and they will stay well clear as they have very good memories and are smart birds.
I have a silenced .22 rifle to deal with such matters, the telescopic sight is totally accurate so a kill is guaranteed with pointed Hunter pellets.
