It would appear to be an open loop issue which would lean towards the fuel rail temperature sensor and the water temperature sensor (not the radiator sensor). I always carry a water temperature sensor in the spares as they notoriously play up and give the ECU false readings causing symptoms such as rough idle and stalling.
