Yes you can remove either male or female pins from these Econoseal connectors with a narrow thin blade no wider than that of pin. I've used a narrow blade precision screwdriver although there are pin removal sets available on eBay.

After removing the yellow pin locator sleeve and with whatever tool you use, it needs to be slid in on the plastic catch side of pin to allow it's release from the cable side. A waterproof rubber seal will come out of body with pin.

There are YouTube videos better showing this process. Replacement is much easier, just push pin back in ensuring correct orientation until it clicks into place. Then snug up the individual seal rubber and finally add the yellow pin locater.
