I had this happen on both sides in my 2019 P4. I took the fittings off - pretty easy once you remove a few trim screws - and then used a punch and hefty few blows on the back of the pins supported on a vice which spread the pins a little and locked them up tight again. This was what my supplying dealer recommended when I spoke to them and as they were a long way from me I decided to DIY to avoid a long return trip. Have done about 5k miles since and both are still tight.

That‘s the way a cured it. It‘s real an easy DIY. If the problem comes up on a journey you can turn the pin in a working position and
repair it at home or everywhere you can get the tools. It‘s repaired in 30minutes (maximum).
